I’m Celena Owens, ordained Minister and certified Wedding Officiant. I believe that a wedding ceremony is one of the most significant moments in a person’s life. It is the threshold where two lives become one, and a new family is born under the grace of God.
My journey to becoming a wedding officiant began with a simple desire: to see couples start their marriage with a ceremony that is as spiritually meaningful as it is legally excellent. As a follower of Christ and a commissioned Maryland Notary, I see my role as a steward of your most important promises.
